My client would like to be able to search for subdivisions, but doesn’t’ like all the options on the advanced search form. So I’m trying to replace the “city” field with the “subdivision” field on the basic search form. I’ve reviewed the code on the advanced search form, but the “subdivision” field is not working on my form. I know I’m missing something. Can anyone help me?

Here’s the page I’m working on – https://ncmountainshome.com/search-by-neighborhoods/. The field below the “single family” field is suppose to be the “subdivision” field.

Sell them on a program of creating PAGES for all those subdivisions and you can create a dedicated landing page with SEO.

Set a price and create one subdivision niche page for them each week.

This is the way to build SEO and authority. You could make some money and offer a more robust solution for your client that they will be happy about and rave about.
