Similar Listings Macro

We just implemented a Similar Properties Widget which can display on the details pages if the feature is enabled under Details Preferences.
This widget will display properties that are like the one you are currently viewing based on:

20% range of the currently viewed listing’s price. If listings is rnt/lease or sold, then the related price fields are used.
Same postal code

Same Postal Code

Same Status

Same idxID/MLS

Same Property Type

If there are no listings that meet the criteria above, message is displayed instead “No listings found”

If you already published a previous partner custom template then you can add this functionality by including the following macro:
