Why the Change?
To better partner with you, we’re streamlining our communication efforts to ensure all Developer Partners receive timely, relevant updates without missing a beat. Additionally, our upcoming Slack contract expiration has provided an opportunity to focus on more impactful ways to engage and support our partners.

Staying Connected
We understand how important it is to stay informed and engaged. Here’s how we’re ensuring a smooth transition:
– Phone Support: Reach us Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST, at 541-343-3912. While team members may occasionally be on lunch or breaks, we’re committed to a prompt response time.
– Developer Partner Forums: Utilize the forums to discuss topics, ask questions, and find information about new features, announcements, vendor migrations, and more. Subscribe to individual forums such as the Announcements forum, Product Release forum, and Vendor Migration forum to receive email notifications when we release important information.
– Developer Partner Newsletters: Stay in the loop with regular updates delivered straight to your inbox. Packed with insights, updates, and tips tailored just for you, this newsletter is designed to keep you informed and ahead of the curve.
– Monthly Office Hours with Alex Lange: Join us at the end of each month for live sessions with Elm Street Technology’s CEO and leadership team, where you can ask questions, share feedback, and gain valuable insights.
