For CRMs looking to get IDX Broker Lead data building on the platform passing this data from the IDX Broker system to the CRM is very straight forward. RESTful API makes this easy. There are a few things to consider.

How often are you looking to update this data?
API calls every second isn’t very efficient. Sudo real time like every 5 minutes is advised.

      Parter Level API calls?
IDX Broker Developer Partners have access to aggregated methods. For your CRM this means you make one call and get all the leads across all your clients. These are grouped first by IDX Broker Account ID. The advantage is scalability. One call and cache for all clients. Signing up as a developer partner is required to gain access to these calls.

      All the data?
IDX Broker offers more than just emails address and names. Saved Searches, Saved Properties, and even Lead traffic data is also available. As the API grows in capabilities, building on the API ensures you only get the data your clients need and can add any new methods to your data acquisition when you see fit rather than wait on IDX Broker to build into your system.
