Featured Showcase by Property Type

Greetings!
We want to create showcase pages (widgets), where the results are like the following:

JS Realty Team’s Land Listings
JS Realty Team’s Home Listings
JS Realty Team’s Condo/Townhome Listings
JS Realty Team’s Ranch Listings

I’ve looked all over the Advanced Search form, and can’t find a way to accomplish the above custom query. Am I totally missing something easy?

Have you tried using this option in the widgets?

This is simply a matter of adding &fl=y to your search query parameters or by using the Featured Listings option within the Advanced Search options where you can specify searching for listings that have images, open houses, or virtual tours. As long as those listings are within the account as featured properties that search should work.
