Font Awesome Icons Troubleshooting

I really need some help getting my Font Awesome icons to work with the wrapper… I have done everything (twice) that’s in the “Troubleshoot Missing Fonts” document…

I don’t know what to try next…

Sorry… I replied to the email this morning… the clients domain name is whalenrealtygroup.com here is a link that shows the missing characters..

I have tried to follow your instructions but to no avail. I have to other customers with this problem (both Avada theme on nginx server) but it’s not as obvious on their sites. I really need home help figuring this out.

This has been resolved by following these instructions and also you must reset the fusion cache…

(This site uses the Avada Theme)
