Real Estate agents typically call a property a “Listing” but Buyers call it a “Property” or “Home”. This not memorable for the Buyers and confusing for the Multi-user accounts. Ex: I had a Broker call me today and over the last week he had a meeting with all of his agents to show them how IDXBroker worked for them and one of them had signed up for the My Listing Manager but was confused because they thought the email verification they got had something to do with their IDXBroker Agent Dashboard. Obviously they didn’t read the email thoroughly…..but this is not an isolated problem. I have to go back and have agents re-read their messages all the time.
It would make more sense if this were named using a different word than ‘Listing’ throughout the system.
