      We have released a feature that should help increase engagement between you and your clients.
      Client accounts that are under your Developer Code now include easy access to any and all support channels you choose to provide. The only required contact information is the support email address you use to field incoming support requests.
      If you use an email address for support that differs from your primary email address, please update your contact information at your earliest convenience.

      Account -> Account Info
      • Support Contact Email – Required
      • Support Phone # – Optional
      • Additional Support Channels – Optional
      • Use Logo for Support Modal – y/n

      We hope that you take full advantage of the Additional Support Channels input. Here, you will be able to link to your resources, knowledgebase, videos, or other materials that will help you better support and/or communicate with your clients on IDX Broker

        Client contact Control if set to Yes, will have the client not receive the welcome e-mail which would give them access to the account.
