Create a banner overlay showing property status

I really need some help. In the ‘Showcase’ widget view I’d like to create an overlay ‘banner’ that shows the property status such as ‘active’ or ‘pending’. I’m in a time crunch and happy to pay for your time if you have done this and have a quick/viable solution.

The status should be a field on the showcase widgets but it is hidden by default if i Remember correct.

Using Impress Listings could help as well: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-listings/
