Any plans to have access to the leads’ Message Center via the API?
This would be great to alleviate agents workload and confusion. Many times the leads email the agent about a property they just received an update for, but they fail to mention the property, so the agent has to email back asking which property they are referring to.
If the agent was able to see the “Property Update” email they have just received, would be a lot easier.
