We have had an increase in clients cancelling with their developer partner but the IDX Broker account was never cancelled which leads to an increase in refund requests.
If your client cancels with you then please make sure to ask them if they need their IDX account cancelled as well and be sure to cancel via your Partner Dashboard
If your client wants to keep their IDX account then be sure to email developers@idxbroker.com and request to have your dev code removed.If you have any questions or concrens then please reach out to developers@idxbroker.com
