Include property type in "Request more information" form emails

Hello,
A client (AID 8375) doesn’t deal in rental properties, but rentals in their IDX feed still get indexed in search engine results, and site visitors still request information about rental properties via the forms at the bottom of rental listings. They’d like to set up Outlook to filter/auto-respond to the word “rentals”, but property types aren’t included in the “Request More Information” form emails:
