I’ve set up a WordPress website and the search page’s select boxes don’t show the box with the scroll (example select city menu). The screen flashes with the scroll boxes than they turn into drop-down menus that are not the right size for the content. I would prefer to have the scroll box menus instead of the drop-down menu.

Which template are you using? I don’t even see one with a drop-down, they are all lists in a box, as you mentioned. You might want to have a look in your dashboard area (middleware.idxbroker.com) and go to Designs > Pages > and click Edit under the Advanced Search page to see other layout options.
