Similar Listings Widget on Details Pages

We just implemented a Similar Properties Widget which can display on the details pages of the MobileFirst template if the feature is enabled under Details Preferences.

This widget will display properties that are like the one you are currently viewing based on:

-20% range of the currently viewed listing’s price. If listings is rnt/lease or sold, then the related price fields are used.
-Same postal code
-Same Postal Code
-Same Status
-Same idxID/MLS
-Same Property Type

A few things to note:

-For sold listings, only similar client featured sold listings will be displayed.
-If there are no listings that meet the criteria above, message is displayed instead “No listings found”
-Supplemental listings are included in Similar Listings only when viewing supplemental property
-Can display up to 4 listings
-On smaller screen, View Details button is present for each similar listing

Note: If you are working with Partner Custom Templates and have already built some then you can include this functionality by adding the following macro.

They show on the details page above the contact form however that client was not on the latest version of the mobile first template which I have changed.
