I am happy to report that for the first time since this COVID stuff started, systemwide real estate search traffic on our client sites has surpassed traffic during the same period last year starting last week.
We are just starting to see these signs of recovery both in our traffic as well as the inventory data across all the MLS’s we services with only 9 states reporting a drop in overall inventory numbers over the last three weeks, with the rest showing growth.
Largest growth areas in inventory over last three weeks:
– Colorado 12%
– Michigan 9%
– Washington 8%
– Massachusetts 7%
– California 7%
Areas still declining (only 9):
– New York 6%
– New England 4%
– All others < 2%
