Sort by Sold Date

The sold and pending page and/or the results page when querying sold/closed properties will now sort by Sold Date.

For the sold and pending page you need to append the sort order to the end of the URL.
Such as srt=newest or srt=oldest.

Phase 2 will include a toggle for this within the IDX Broker Dashboard.
