Over the last several months, we have been enhancing Platinum with new tools and features including Home Atlas, Listing Pro, and the NEW automated Market Reports.
As such, we will be increasing pricing for Platinum plans by $10/mo.
In tandem with these new enhancements, Platinum subscriptions will now include Sold Data in all MLS systems that provide it! The addition of Sold Data will help us amplify and fuel the effectiveness of our newer Platinum-only features.
With regard to communication and your clients, here are a few key dates:
Aug 24th: Updated Platinum pricing will go live on our website for NEW clients.
Aug 24th: By this date, all existing Platinum clients will be notified of the increase affecting their accounts with the October 1st billing cycle. All communication will include a link to this page.
Aug 24th – Oct 1st: We will be adding Sold Data, where available, to existing Platinum Accounts.
Oct 1st: All Platinum accounts will be updated to reflect new pricing.
