For the Home Atlas Results page Layout (and perhaps also the Mobile First Results page Layout) I would like to suggest that we add a single row refine search function on top of the map across the entire width of the page instead of as a drop down in the map. The current Refine Search option is displayed as a drop down and is harder to find for consumers. I think it needs to be more noticeable and have a more compact look so it does not take up too much space above the fold but is always visible and allows the user to easily refine their search.
It should also be customizable so that we can define what fields show up. For example it should include an Omni bar, beds, baths, min/max price, property type, SORT and a MORE option that toggles open more optional advanced fields.
ALL of the big players use this format on their results pages. This suggests that this feature is highly important to users to have it in this location.
