What happens after I sign my client up with IDX Broker? What are the next steps?

Your signup is processed by our MLS Coordination team.
The account is created in our system.
We email you instructions and paperwork.
You follow the instructions and complete your MLS agreement.
You email the agreement back to IDX Broker.
We process and submit for approval to the MLS.
MLS approves the application.
We set up and activate your account, emailing you log-in information.
Enjoy IDX Broker.

Just to be clear here, this includes when you are a partner as well?

So, I sign them up, or they sign up themselves, then, the process listed above takes place, correct?

The form didn’t recognize the broker’s email address.

It wouldn’t let me move forward.

The email address was a gmail address, should that matter?

A gmail shouldn’t matter. This sounds like an issue and might need a case opened up by reporting this to developers@idxbroker.com
